• Vegetarian: lunch will be available as standard, however for allergies/intolerances please ask a member of the Celtic Food & Beverage (F&B) team and they will assist
• All special dietary requests for the conference dinner is strictly for those that have pre notified. As you make your way into the Caernarfon Suite for dinner there will be a coloured card for you to collect and place on the table by your glass/plate. The coloured card will indicate to the Celtic F&B team who will check for dietaries on each table at the start of service.

For attendees who have booked accommodation with us there will be transport provided from hotels away from Celtic Manor Resort.

For those arriving on Sunday please make your way directly to your allocated hotel. Transport will be provided in the late afternoon/evening to take you to the main conference hotel for the Sunday workshops and/or networking buffet. If you arrive later on the Sunday and go directly to Celtic Manor for workshops/buffet you will be able to take transport to your allocated hotel after the sunday networking buffet.

Car parking at Celtic Manor is on a paid for basis. All attendees who park at the venue will be required to pay for parking. 

The event will take place at the Celtic Manor Resort Hotel (this includes the Sunday Workshops & Networking Buffet and the Conference Dinner).

Registration will take place at the following times:

• Sunday 15:00-17:15 – lobby area Celtic Manor Resort Hotel (CMR)
• Sunday 17:30 – 20:00 – Conference Level Celtic Manor Resort Hotel
• Monday from 08:00 – Conference Level Celtic Manor Resort Hotel
• Tuesday from 08:00 – Conference Level Celtic Manor Resort Hotel

For those registered to attend Sunday Networking:

• Development Workshops start at 18:00 on the Conference Level at Celtic Manor Resort Hotel
• Networking Buffet starts at 20:00 in the same location

A cash  bar will be available throughout

You can access the Event App to view the programme and choose your breakout sessions. It is important you select your sessions as soon as possible and create your own schedule in the app to allow us to ensure there is space in each session for all delegates. Please note you cannot select Sunday Workshops or Conference Dinner through the event app. Please see above for details.
