Ania Kosicka
Science, Research and Evidence Directorate, Department of Health and Social Care
Dr Ania Kosicka is a Research Finance Policy Senior Manager in the Science, Research and Evidence (SRE) Directorate at the Department of Health and Social Care. She brings nearly twenty years of professional experience and a strong understanding of the healthcare system and the wider economic and fiscal environment. Ania has a strong track record of managing high‑value budgets, delivering complex reforms and influencing Government decisions. In her current role, Ania leads SRE business planning and has led delivery of key research finance and policy priorities, including reform of the Excess Treatment Cost (ETC) management system, and annual Research Capability Funding (RCF) allocations.
