Rachel Evans
Senior Clinical Research Practitioner, West Midlands Research Delivery Network
Rachel Evans is a Senior Clinical Research Practitioner with the Research Delivery Network in the West Midlands. She has helped to promote the role of the Clinical Research Practitioner (CRP) regionally and is actively working towards this job role being recognised as a professional body. She is also the regional dementia rater (conducting cognitive assessments) providing training in all research settings to ensure they are ready for commercial dementia trials. Her research area of interest is in neurocognition, specifically in stroke rehabilitation. She lives on a canal boat in Birmingham, enjoys sailing, kayaking and the odd wild swim when it’s not too cold.
