As the Research Inclusion Manager at the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), I lead on working to advance equity, access and representation in health and care research. My work involves translating strategy for tangible results, building effective partnerships and delivering measurable progress in research inclusion. Key achievements include leading system-wide inclusion through operational planning, directing the cross-sector Beyond Barriers event and embedding inclusive practice during the recent restructure of the Research Delivery Network.
