Sponsorship, Exhibition & Engagement Expression of Interest

This is a pre-launch registration form for RDF27, the Research and Development Forum’s 2027 Conference, taking place 9th-11th May 2027 at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole.

Expressions of interest will determine the order in which organisations are offered opportunities when bookings officially open. The first organisation to express interest in a particular item will be offered an exclusive 48-hour window to confirm its booking. If the opportunity is not taken up within that timeframe, it will be offered to the next organisation in the queue.

Submitting an expression of interest is not a binding commitment. It simply gives your organisation priority access to book your preferred sponsorship or exhibition opportunity when bookings open.

We anticipate opening bookings later this month, so we encourage you to submit your expression of interest as soon as possible to maximise your priority.
