Request a Change to RDF26 Booking

Use the form below to request a change to your RDF26 Booking.

You can use this form to request: 

  • A Switch (provide details for new person & cancel attendance of person who can no longer attend)
  • Cancellation (without adding a new person)
  • Update to personal details in an existing booking (including dietary or access requirements, update email, job title, or organisation)
  • Edit options or upgrade an existing booking (upgrade package, add conference dinner, add Sunday Networking, etc)

You can also:

  • Update your PO Number
  • Request to change the Billing Address
  • Request a payment link for the full invoice

With this form, you cannot: 

  • Add an additional person to your booking. You must book an additional place here
  • Make a finalised change to your booking. The RDF26 Office will action the requests you make in the form, and you will receive confirmation from us when your changes are official
  • Request changes for multiple people at once – you must return to this page and put your invoice number in again.

Please ensure you have the following information to hand before you begin: 

  • The invoice number of the booking you would like to amend
  • Personal details of the delegate/exhibitor you would like to amend the booking of (if applicable).

Requesting a change: 

  1. Search your Invoice ID by pressing the button below (this will be in the format RDF26/123456 on your booking. Enter ONLY the numbers at the end)
  2. Attendee surnames and a link to the change form will appear.
  3. Select “change form” link of person you’d like to submit a change for.
  4. Fill in the form 

If you would like to update your PO Number, request to change the billing address, or a payment link, select any person in the booking to get to the change form.
