Payment

What are the payment options?
Do I need to have purchase order raised for my booking?

If your trust requires a PO number in order for payments to be processed, then please raise a PO and add the number in the required field on the booking page.

If you receive the number after the booking has been made then please add it to your booking with the “request a change” form.

You can book before you receive your PO. Please add TBC in the field and follow the steps above.

Registration

What is included in my booking?

RDF26 registration allows for either packages or tailored selection.
If you’d like to check what you booked, please check the email you received after booking that includes your invoice.
Personalised booking and event details will be provided closer to the event.
Is there discount for NHS employees?
I have multiple people to register, do I have to make separate bookings for each person?
I wish to book my team members but I don’t know all the names
I have registered and forgot to note my dietary needs.

Please add any additional diet or access needs that were not included during registration with the “Request a Change” form.

I want to add hotel accomodation to my booking

There is limited hotel accommodation at the conference venue. You can edit the package/booking options for individual delegates and exhibitors in your booking with the “Request a Change” form.

I want to change my booking option

I can't attend and want to give my place to someone I know - how do I do this?

You can choose to switch your attendance to someone else by providing their details in the “Request a Change” form.

I want to cancel my place

You can request to cancel your attendance with the “Request a Change” form.

Delegate cancellations received up to the published deadline (normally 1st March of the Conference year) will result in a full refund minus an administration fee of £30 + VAT.

Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable.

Venue & Travel

Where is the conference being held?

RDF26 will be held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, located at the NEC complex, Birmingham.
The hotel is easily accessible via Birmingham International train station, the M42 road network, and Birmingham Airport (all within a short walk or shuttle ride).

Is there accommodation on-site?

Yes. A limited number of rooms are available at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole at a special conference rate for registered delegates. Delegates can book during the registration process.

For Speakers/Poster Authors

Do speakers and poster authors get a discount code?
Can I pass my discount code to a colleague if I’m not attending?
I won’t be attending, but can I still display my poster?
As a speaker, I can no longer attend. What do I do?
