Professor Debra Gray is Director of the Behaviour, Business & Policy Knowledge Exchange and Research Institute (BPP KERI) at Kingston University London. She is a social psychologist with expertise in developing evidence-based solutions to the challenges facing communities today: loneliness and isolation, community resilience, health inequalities and the participation of underserved communities in research. At Kingston, she leads interdisciplinary research across human behaviour, business, and policy. Her work reflects a commitment to improving lives through research-informed solutions, stakeholder collaboration, and knowledge exchange.
