Jen Harrison
Change Manager, Health Research Authority
Jen Harrison is Change Manager at the HRA, supporting researchers, sponsors and NHS sites with the implementation of system, process, and policy changes, listening to feedback and resolving issues and inconsistencies for study set up.
Initial starting her career within regulatory affairs for a biotech company, Jen has subsequently worked at a NIHR as a Research Governance Manager gaining NHS research governance experience from all sectors within the NHS – primary care, acute and mental. Jen joined the HRA in 2014 to lead change management activities and support the development and implementation of HRA Approval. Now working on the development, implementation and adoption of the new digital service that will replace IRAS and connect the processes for health and social care research in the UK by helping people to work together to plan, approve, set up, manage and complete research
