Josh Miller
Head of Research and Innovation, Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust
Josh qualified as a paramedic in 2012, working in ambulances and rapid response vehicles across the Birmingham and Black Country area for West Midlands Ambulance Service before moving into research full-time in 2016. He supported a portfolio of studies as paramedic and then lead research paramedic before joining the Welsh Ambulance Service as Head of Research and Innovation in 2025
