Katherine Baker
Senior Research and Innovation Manager, NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board
Katherine Baker is the Senior Research and Innovation Manager at NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB). Her background experience ranges from community smoking cessation services, COVID vaccination trials and developing payment and recognition policies for public and patient involvement. She is working on the development of a strategic approach for research and innovation for the ICB and promoting a stronger research culture within the organisation. She continues to promote involvement at all stages of research and is incredibly passionate about everyone being given the opportunity to take part in research or become a researcher themselves.
