Senior Information Services Manager, Health and Care Research Wales
Martin is the Senior Information Services Manager at Health and Care Research Wales, where he leads the development of digital systems that support the efficient setup, governance, and delivery of health and care research across Wales. He also works with Digital Health and Care Wales on strategic projects that use routinely collected health data and digital tools to enhance research delivery—particularly in finding, recruiting, and following up research participants. Martin is a strong advocate for data-driven innovation and collaborates closely with NHS Wales, universities, and research partners to ensure that digital infrastructure meets the evolving needs of the research community.
