Research Delivery Team Lead, Cardiff and Vale University Health Board
Maryanne Bray is a registered midwife and experienced Early Phase Team Lead within the Research Delivery team at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. With a strong clinical foundation in midwifery, she brings a compassionate, patient-focused approach to the coordination and delivery of Early Phase research. Maryanne plays a key role in supporting a variety of teams to deliver high-quality studies across a range of specialties. Her leadership fosters collaboration, innovation, and regulatory excellence, ensuring research contributes meaningfully to patient care. Passionate about advancing evidence-based practice, she champions the integration of research into clinical settings to improve outcomes for all patients.
