Sarah Bradley-Wright
Planning Manager, Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Integrated Care Board
Sarah Bradley Wright has worked in the NHS for over 15 years in varied roles across primary
and secondary care, commissioning and regional programme teams. Sarah joined Leicester,
Leicestershire & Rutland Integrated Care Board (ICB) in 2021 as a Planning Manager, working
on the development of Community Health and Wellbeing Plans in Leicestershire, supporting
organisations in Districts to work together in partnership to develop an understanding of local
health and wellbeing needs and how they can best work together to make improvements for
the local population. It was this experience in working across organisations and functions
within and outside the health service that led to Sarah taking on the role of Research Planning
Manager in helping the ICB to understand how best to integrate research evidence into the
work of the emerging collaboratives and partnerships making decisions around
commissioning and service improvement.
