Angela Parker UK Vaccine Innovation Pathway
Dr Angela Parker is seconded to the role of Project Manager (Infectious Diseases) for the Vaccine Innovation Pathway at the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), the first Clinical Trials Delivery Accelerator. She brings 22 years of experience in NHS clinical research roles having worked with a range of organisations across a variety of settings.
Angela is Chief Operating Officer at Fylde Coast Clinical Research, Layton Medical Centre, a commercial clinical research centre embedded within a GP practice located in Central Blackpool. An award-winning facility dedicated to enabling the delivery of world class research to our community of Blackpool, Fylde Coast and the wider Northwest. We are one of the leading GP Practices nationally in participant recruitment and retention to interventional Phase II/III commercial clinical trials.
